1.What data we collect

• Account data: name, email address, phone number and password. Passwords are stored and protected by Firebase Authentication; we cannot see them.
• Google / Facebook sign-in: if you choose to sign in with Google or Facebook, we receive only your name, email address and profile picture (basic profile data) from that provider. We do not request access to your contacts, calendar, files, posts or any other data.
• Delivery details: delivery addresses, the map location (coordinates) you choose, entrance/floor/apartment notes and order comments.
• Orders and bookings: items ordered, totals, status and history; cinema and karaoke bookings (name, phone, date, time, number of guests, film title, language/subtitle preferences, comment).
• Loyalty data: bonus points balance, promo codes used and your referral code.
• Notifications: if you allow notifications, a push-notification token for your browser or device.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, language and pages viewed, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
• Messages: if you contact us through WhatsApp or Instagram, those conversations are also processed by those services.

2.How we use your data

• to create and manage your account and to authenticate you when you sign in;
• to accept, prepare and deliver your orders, and to confirm and manage your cinema/karaoke bookings, including contacting you by phone or WhatsApp about them;
• to run our loyalty points, promo-code and referral features;
• to send you service notifications about your orders and, if you allowed push notifications, information about offers — you can switch notifications off in your browser settings at any time;
• to keep the service secure and to prevent fraud and abuse;
• to measure and improve the performance of the site and of our advertising;
• to comply with legal obligations.

3.Google and Facebook sign-in

When you choose "Continue with Google", we use Google Sign-In only to identify you. We receive your name, email address and profile picture, and we use them solely to create your Movie Cafe account, sign you in and show your name in the app. We do not sell, rent or share this data with third parties for advertising purposes, and we do not use it to serve ads.

Yander Servises LTD's (Movie Cafe Girne) use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

When you choose "Continue with Facebook", we receive your public profile (name) and email address from Facebook and use them in the same way.

You can revoke our access at any time in your Google Account permissions or in Facebook under Settings → Apps and Websites, and you can ask us to delete your Movie Cafe account (see "Your rights" below).

4.Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as described below.

• Infrastructure providers: Google Firebase / Google Cloud (authentication, database, hosting and push notifications) store and process the data of the site on our behalf.
• Our staff and couriers: only the data needed to prepare and deliver your order or to host your booking (for example name, phone, address, order contents).
• Analytics and advertising: Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion measurement and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel receive cookie identifiers and event data such as page views and completed orders.
• Third-party content on our pages: Google Maps (address selection), YouTube (film trailers), The Movie Database (TMDB, film information — your browser requests this data directly, so TMDB receives your IP address) and Google Fonts.
• WhatsApp (Meta): when you tap our WhatsApp links, your conversation is handled by WhatsApp under its own policy.
• Authorities: when we are required to do so by law.

5.Cookies and local storage

We use browser storage and cookies to remember your language, cart and sign-in session, and — together with Google and Meta — to measure visits and advertising results. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features (such as staying signed in) may then not work.

6.How long we keep data

We keep account data while your account is active. Orders and bookings are kept as business records for as long as needed to provide the service, handle questions or disputes and meet accounting obligations; after that they are deleted or anonymised. We delete or anonymise data earlier when you ask us to, unless we must keep it by law.

7.Your rights

You may ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, or withdraw a consent you gave. To delete your account and the data linked to it, message us on WhatsApp at +90 533 845 91 70 from the phone number of the account (or contact us in any other way listed below). We aim to respond as soon as reasonably possible, normally within 30 days.

8.Security

The site is served over HTTPS and data is stored with Google Firebase using access rules that limit who can read it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9.International processing

Our providers (Google, Meta) may process data on servers located outside North Cyprus, including in the European Union and the United States.

10.Children

Our services are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.

11.Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the updated policy.
