1.Our services

• online ordering of food and drinks for delivery;
• booking of our private cinema hall;
• booking of our karaoke hall;
• a film-suggestion tool that helps you choose what to watch (informational only).

2.Your account

You can sign in with email and password, Google or Facebook. Give us accurate information, keep your credentials safe and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that are used for fraud, abuse or false orders. You can ask us to delete your account at any time (see our Privacy Policy).

3.Orders and delivery

• An order placed on the site is a request to buy. It becomes binding when we accept it (for example by confirming it or starting to prepare it).
• Prices are shown in Turkish lira (₺) and may change; the price shown when you place the order applies. Photos are illustrative.
• Items may be unavailable. If an item cannot be supplied we will contact you and may adjust or cancel the order.
• Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery is available only in the areas and under the conditions shown on the site. You must be reachable on the phone number you provide.
• We may cancel an order if the address cannot be reached, the contact details are wrong or we suspect abuse.
• Payment is made on delivery or at our venue. We do not take online card payments through the site.
• If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, tell our staff before ordering. We cannot guarantee that any item is free from allergens.

4.Cinema and karaoke bookings

• A booking request sent through the site or WhatsApp is not confirmed until we confirm it to you by WhatsApp or phone.
• Prices, minimum charges, package contents and capacity (cinema hall: up to 8 guests; karaoke hall: up to 12 guests) are those published on the site at the time of booking. Special packages and promotions have their own conditions shown with the offer.
• Payment is made at the venue after the session unless we tell you otherwise. No prepayment is required for standard bookings.
• If your plans change, tell us on WhatsApp as early as possible and we will help you reschedule. We may decline future bookings from guests who repeatedly do not show up without notice.
• You choose the film. We will make reasonable efforts to provide it in the language you request but cannot guarantee that every title, language or subtitle track is available. Content you ask us to play must be lawful.
• Guests must treat staff, other guests and the property with respect and are responsible for damage they cause. We may end a session early for unsafe or abusive behaviour.

5.Bonus points, promo codes and offers

Bonus points, promo codes and referral rewards have no cash value, cannot be transferred and may be changed, limited or withdrawn. We may cancel points or codes obtained through abuse or error.

6.Using the site

Do not use the site unlawfully, place false orders, interfere with its operation or security, or try to access data that is not yours.

7.Intellectual property and third-party content

The Movie Cafe name, logo, design, texts and photos belong to us or our licensors. Film information and posters are provided by The Movie Database (TMDB) and belong to their respective owners. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.

8.Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability or consumer right that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9.Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

10.Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

11.Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in North Cyprus, and disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Kyrenia (Girne), without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have.
